David E. Gordon
David Gordon focuses his practice on collections, providing comprehensive representation to credit-card companies, federal credit unions, state and local banks, auto-financing companies, law offices, public utilities, and debt purchasers. He believes that everyone involved in the collections process benefits from the ethical collection of debt. He represents each of his clients, large or small, with one common goal — to leverage his experience and expertise in achieving consistent recovery results.
For more than two decades, David has worked with clients in all phases of commercial litigation and debt recovery- from pre-legal action through the state and federal appellate processes. He has a keen understanding of applicable pre-judgment and judgment garnishment statutes. He has also been involved in bankruptcy proceedings in order to protect creditors’ rights. His thorough knowledge of procedural rules and state collection laws helps him attain positive outcomes for his clients, while complying with all the requirements that the law demands.
