FDCPA Defense

Counsel is provided on consumer protection statute compliance and Federal and State Court defense of suits brought by consumers for violations of these various laws and regulations. Many favorable published decisions have been achieved by this team.

Judgment Domestication and Enforcement

Registration of out of state judgments in our four state jurisdictions for the purpose of executing on assets of judgment defendants.
